SERVICE LOCATIONS:
Diamond State Notary is pleased to offer two types of notary services - In-Person and Remote Online Notarizations.  Remote notarizations are done through state approved online platforms. You will need to be a little tech savy in order to use this service. You will need to know how to accept and online invitation, upload your ID and upload your documents you need notarized. We then meet by video and notarize your documents. You will also need a printer to be able to print your notarized documents.  Mobile services I travel to any location within the state of Arkansas, provided I can cover my expenses. I will meet you at your residence, business, hotel, airports, hospital, jails, etc. I will meet you where you are!! I am a fully equipped mobile office. That’s the great thing about my services. I can print and scan documents on-site. I can even provide a table and chairs for our signing. I love providing
the best and most efficient services and making my clients as comfortable as possible. You sit, relax and let me come to you. I charge        $ .70/per mile (which is the government standard for 2025) from Mayflower, AR. If I happen to be closer, quote will be from my current location.  Notarizations are $ 5/per stamp. Copies are an additional charge and will be quoted upon request. I do offer pro bono work for our veterans when applicable.

 

I’d love to help you save some money if you are able to get out and about. You can go to any bank, attorney office, or your local UPS store. Some libraries even have notaries.
